Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at marquessale.com.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to complete your return request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order at marquessale.com.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue for assistance.
